HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

At Zeleton Store, each item is personalized and made-to-order. This means that our products are meticulously designed, produced, and printed on demand just for you, ensuring the highest quality possible.

We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office, including New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

The time frame for order delivery consists of two essential components:

1. Processing & Production Time: The majority of our orders are processed and produced within 5 – 7 business days. This comprehensive process includes designing, printing, meticulous packaging, and rigorous quality control.

2. Shipping Time: United States Shipping Cost: Destination | First Product | Additional Products United States | $5.99 for orders under $99 | Free shipping for orders over $99, plus $2 for each additional item

Shipping Time Estimates (Including Production Time and Shipping Time):

  • Clothing (shirts, hoodies, jackets, etc.): 5-15 Days
  • Home Decor (Posters, canvas, etc.): 10-15 Days
  • Other Printed Products (Masks, Neck gaiters, Accessories, etc.): 7-15 Days

International Shipping Cost: Destination | First Product | Additional Products International | $9.99 | Plus $3 for each additional item

Shipping Time Estimates (Including Production Time and Shipping Time):

  • Clothing (shirts, hoodies, jackets, etc.): 10-18 Days
  • Home Decor (Posters, canvas, etc.): 10-22 Days
  • Other Printed Products (Masks, Neck gaiters, Accessories, etc.): 10-20 Days

We understand your anticipation while shopping online, and we are committed to expediting the processing time and dispatching your products as soon as possible. Rest assured, we keep a vigilant eye on every order and provide regular update emails to keep you informed.

ORDER TRACKING Once your order is shipped, an automatic tracking code will be sent to your email to monitor the shipping progress. Please check your email or contact us if you cannot locate your tracking code.

If you experience delays in tracking data, please note that it may take up to 7 days for tracking data to appear for US orders (and up to 10 days for orders to other countries) after processing.

PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER – WRONG ADDRESS Orders labeled as “returned to sender” due to incorrect addresses will either be destroyed by the courier or incurring custom tax duties and an additional shipping fee when reshipped to our production facility. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping details to avoid this situation.

Your satisfaction is paramount, and you are safeguarded by our Buyer Protection Program: If you do not receive your product after 35 days from the date of purchase (an extremely rare occurrence), we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
